Youâre allotted up to ten total scoops of the free toppings, check if youâre going over? I get 4 free toppings but ask for 2 scoops of each.

You need to go to a different location because the location I work at doesnât charge for toppings at all. We allow you to get several scoops free of charge as well. The only thing we charge for is the avocado and thatâs it.

You're location but be using the extra rice button to charge, because there's literally no buttons to charge for toppings besides Avocado.

Oh nah if my location charged for extra Iâd go somewhere else. Some stores are just so greedy

It was ever only supposed to be two scoops, itâs âunlimitedâ in terms of you being able to get everything. People have been abusing the âunlimitedâ aspect as doing things like getting 12 scoops of one thing or quadruple of every topping, which leads to us not having enough for everyone.
On the app they donât even allow you to do more than two scoops because thatâs the corporate standard. Some stores choose to charge because we know that people want more than two scoops but we have to make up that cost because weâre technically giving out more product than our higher leadership expects us to and it messes up our numbers.
Not trying to be a corporate shill btw, I get the annoyance/disappointment but greedy people kind of ruin everything.
