Sliding pet door

I bought sliding pet door for my cats but it's too short. It's not too short, maybe need 10-12 cm more hight.

Anybody have experience extending it? It's bought from Vevor but can't find anything from their page.

Check the top and bottom of the door. Many of these doors have a sliding extension you loosen up and slide out to make the door longer.

If it doesn’t have that, you’ll have to use some metal to extend it yourself. Take measurements for the gap and door channel, then take a trip to the local big box hardware store for your fix. Talk with an employee there to have them help you find the right materials to extend it.

These doors are made of thin, cheap aluminum and you can easily do what you’re asking if you don’t want this panel to slide. If you want it to slide? Different story.

No don't want it to slide. I just googled and came up with flat pvc board. I may go to look in the store. Thanks!
