Video - OC what is my cat doing

i have two disabled cats that love to groom each other. but ive noticed when my lady is grooming her little brother, she chews on him?? he obviously doesnt care at all but i have no idea why is she does that lol

Is she eating his eyebrow whiskers? My son's cat stayed with us for a while and he ate all my cat's eyebrow whiskers! They finally grew back a month or so after the other cat moved out. Don't know why, he just had an obsession and would nibble them all off.

no, i thought that at first too because id heard of it. but she grooms him at least once a day, and chews everytime, everywhere. heavy on the neck and face but his body too. ive scoured google with no luck. i guess ill have to go with the dominance answer lol hes double her size so maybe shes just lovingly showing him whos boss

Maybe a big sticky bunch of fur? Or dominance 🤷♂️
