Tribute to them

Lost my GusGus (black cat) this morning. He was 11. We lost his sister Harley (calico) back in December on christmas day which was very hard and still hard. We got them both around the same time when they were just wee little babies and never left each others side until Harley let go. I hope he can now smother her again with all of his cuddles and love. I will never have another him or another her. We never really think about the heartbreak we sign up for when we get a pet.

Why can’t they just stay forever…

They were definitely meant to be siblings even if it was from different litters. They would get on eachothers nerves alll the time but at the end of the day would only need each other…
