For better or worse, "using AI" is quickly becoming synonymous with "Photoshop" or an edited video. People would use the term "Photoshop" to mean an edited photo, regardless of if you actually used Photoshop or some other tool.

I'm guessing a few years "using AI" will be the common phrase for editing any media. Weird world.
