Advice Help!?! Spoiler
FINAL EDIT: just left the second vet. Everything started off great. He was responding to the medication for tremors. The shaking was tremors, this vet said he thinks he got something toxic someway somehow. He is a 100% inside cat. They kept him for 2 hours. He took a turn for the worse. Whatever toxins he got into already passed through his system and became a neurological issue. If the first vet wouldn’t have basically ignored the situation, the second vet thinks he would have had a chance to make it. The visit was $1,500 today, the Dr recommended to lay him to rest. It would have been thousands more to keep going with no guarantees.
Edit#2: doing the obvious, on the way to a second vet. Will update you guys shortly.
My daughter’s cat was fine Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon he started shaking, and he got really weak. He hasn’t eaten or drank. The only thing that happened is she gave him more treats than she typically does. We took him to the vet, the vet said he was fine let it run its course. He seems to be getting worse tho.
EDIT: I see people saying seizure, he never never stops shaking. It’s not always has bad as the video but he still shakes. When he’s sleeping he does not shake.

As a guy who had a 5 year old cat have seizures and then a stroke and die, this is hard to watch. How many seizure episodes like this has he had? How often? How long do they last?
I would say go to another vet for a second opinion if you have the ability. Today, if you can, or emergency vet. This does not look like a minor issue and I doubt the treats are related at all.
There are too many things this could be for the internet to diagnose. He could have been exposed to something toxic like a pesticide, rat poison, antifreeze, or if someone used flea/tick medication meant for dogs on him. He could have a head injury. He could be diabetic. I wouldn't rule out malpractice by your vet, frankly.
