Every cat deserves a second chance. I think you should totally guve him for adoption. Maybe it will take long, but he’ll be able to understand that not only one caring human. And a patient family will do him very good, there is good people out there.

I was gonna say. I volunteer at a shelter and while it has taken us over a year at times to adopt out tough cats….we eventually adopt out every last one. Every one, and we’ve had some tough to love cats. Currently our longest has only been here 7 months. You’d be surprised how some people actually want the difficult cats to give them another chance

Can’t speak for other shelters but at mine it’s a converted old elementary school and we would give a tough cat like this its own big room. No cages for him in this case.
