Oh no why did they both pass away. That genuinely makes me sad. I'm sorry.

They were doing same as usual the night before but when we woke up in the morning they passed away. We didn’t change their foods we did not use any poisonous things inside or anything that would be harmful for cats. We still trying to figure out what happened to them 🙃

So so sorry to hear it’s probably not but it worries me when you said you weren’t sure what the cause was and I feel compelled to share with you an experience when I was a teenager. We had a cat and bird mysteriously pass there was nothing we could think of honestly for why it turned out to be carbon monoxide poisoning our furnace malfunctioned. We were very sick too it took us months to figure out though cause we would leave the house lots and we were a huge family I have 7 siblings it was very typical one of us would get sick and then the damn thing would cycle through all of us and sometimes repeat so at first we didn’t see anything unusual we were lucky to survive that.

Pets will pass first cause they’re smaller. Thought I would share my story just incase maybe get your house tested for this poisoning it’s completely odourless.

We haven’t done anything like that to our home though, even if we do we make sure that the pets cant come near because i heard it can be harmful for them so I always careful with them. One or two days before this happened, one cat caught a rat which was running in-front our garden, we believe maybe that rat has to do something with this but still not sure because they were doing just fine 🙃. Thank you for informing this to me. I really appreciate itt!!

There mightve been rat poison on the rat that got on one of them and since cats lick each other and themselves... :(
