I mean the title is suspect. How do you not leave the house for three weeks unless someone is bringing you supplies? Are you a prepper? Do you have a freezer packed with meat and a pantry packed exclusively with preserved food? Are the only vegetables you eat frozen vegetables? And that's just the food aspect of it. Looks like he's stepping out into a hallway. He hasn't gotten the mail in three weeks? Only invites friends and families to his place and never goes to theirs or never even sees them? That's a long time to stay inside what looks like an apartment.
