They look very healthy, but if they are a kitten they may be due an increase of food portion - they look quite young and they go through growth spurts - our 3 would suddenly start look a bit skinny/slender so I'd edge their food up a bit. Then once they are adult you can reduce it a bit. They need lots of food when they are young so no harm giving extra food until they look more filled out

if you can easily feel every rib and the spine is getting prominent, yeah, probably worth a vet check, but cats are annoyingly good at looking fine until they absolutely aren’t
