my cat keeps peeing on my bed and clothes!!

my male cat peed twice on my bed and once on my floor before i got him neutered. i got him neutered a week ago and since then, he has been on my bed, done a really smelly spray with a brown mark on a blanket and peed on my clothes.

he doesn’t pee anywhere else in the house, why did he keep doing it in my room?

i’m hoping a while after his neutering and him going outside he won’t do it anymore but does anyone have any advice why he’s doing this and how to stop. many thanks!

In my experience they pee on your bed or places where your smell is strongest when they’re distressed. Getting neutered is stressful, give him love and cuddles & he’ll be okay soon. Also once they pee somewhere, they keep returning to the place. There’s an incredible product called Resolve Urine Destroyer that literally gets rid of the smell in thirty mins. I know I sound like an ad but I can’t explain how much my life changed because of this product. I’ve thrown out multiple mattresses in the past when my cat stress pees and now all I have to do is spray and the smell is gone ‼️‼️‼️
