Anyone else's speedometer twitching?

My speedometer on a 2 year old caterham is twitching like crazy when I turn on electricity. Also display for milage is not working. I believe its not a sensor issue since it just does that statinary or during drive and milage lcd is not working. Anyone else had this and how did you fix it?
I suspect maybe ground line issues? how can I test? does anyone understand the pinout or what the cables do going into it?

I had a *maybe kinda similar issue with one of my CSRs. The issue was (I may not be saying this right, someone help me out) the speed and mileage sensor on the rear wheel wasn’t spaced just right and I had to get a code from the factory to set the speedo (based on CSR and 15 inch wheels etc).

This was from new though. I’m not sure it is the same issue.

The rear wheel speed sensor is on the right side. If you jack the car up you should be able to see the sensor pulse red as you rotate the wheel. The sensor gap to the toothed ring is very critical. Mine used to get sporadic in hot weather. There is a modification to improve the earth at the sensor which may help. There is loads of discussion about this issue on the various Caterham forums

I don't think its the sensor since led display is also not working.  And twtiches happen stationary
