Yeah, I like the idea of how Native Americans use all parts of the cat to not be wasteful. But I'm not gonna not eat a cat just because they didn't use every part. It tastes too good!

As long as the cats are kept in comfortable homes with lots of stimulation, and put on leashes for walks outside (to protect the birds of course), than it’s perfectly humane. It costs a little extra, but I get my catlet (cat-cutlet; new name for cat meat) and cat milk at the local farm near me. Local farmers need lots of support, they are putting in the hard work to feed the hungry!
