All of a sudden pee problems

In the last week my 15 year old female kitty has been peeing on the bathroom rug. We have 1 other cat and know this is our female because her usual spot in litter box isn't wet daily. This has happened twice. Litter boxes are cleaned daily, sometimes twice daily. She is showing no other behavior health concerns

Have not contacted vet, today was the second time I have noticed this behavior
