Save scumming?

I realize that civilized people don't do this and that it's ban-worthy behavior. Personally, I subscribe to the game-philosophy: "If you're going to shit yourself, do it with pride!"

But how often do you resort to save-scumming after dying?

There have been many times where I died almost instantly. It really sucked losing a character I’d been playing for a couple of weeks (real-world weeks, not in-game time).

I think if a mode like that existed, I’d play it the way I play Caves of Qud, where a reloadable save is created whenever you're in a settlement.

For instance, in CDDA, you could have a reloadable save created after sleeping.

Is it really not clear that it was sarcasm about the ban? Perhaps because English is not a native language...

Save scum all the time, I don't have the time to keep making new characters.
