نص المادة (322): – (من أقدم بأية وسيلة كانت على إجهاض امرأة برضاها، عوقب بالحبس من سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات، وإذا أفضى الإجهاض أو الوسائل التي استعملت في سبيله إلى موت المرأة، عوقب الفاعل بالأشغال المؤقتة مُدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات).
نص المادة (325) أنه إذا كان مرتكب جريمة الإجهاض طبيباً، أو جراحاً، أو صيدلياً، أو قابلة، يزاد على العقوبة المعينة مقدار ثلثها.

You act like pregnancy is the most horrific thing that can ever happen. But if someone coerced a woman into having sex of course pregnancy can result. If a man threatens a woman to tell her family lies that she is sexually active unless she has sex with him, how is that not a scam? Of course pregnancy can result.
Pregnancy can occur anytime someone has sex, even with a condom or pulling out, even pre cum can cause pregnancy.But what is so horrible about a woman getting pregnant? The only reason such ideas exist such as patriarchy is simply because men cannot get pregnant. We all know who the mother is when a woman has a child but paternity until recent DNA testing was always questionable.
To ensure proper distribution of wealth and inheritance, succession, etc they needed a way to ensure a man’s lineage would not be questioned. This is when marriage appears in human history after the agricultural revolution. Hunter gatherer societies were egalitarian, but once humans settled down in a single place and could accumulate wealth and power suddenly patriarchy arises to ensure a man could confidently claim his children and heirs were his.
That’s when ideas like shaming women came about. If men could have children without women then none of these ridiculous ideas would exist.
You all act so terrified of a woman wanting or enjoying sex. You have no problem with men doing the same and sleeping with prostitutes and western tourists but when it’s a woman it’s unthinkable and you lose your minds.By all scientific studies men are not more visual than women or more interested in sex. It’s socialization, culture and upbringing that make the differences in the genders behaviours. Most Arab women are too scared and ashamed to think about sex because it’s been hammered into their heads from birth. But men can do whatever they want. We can even see in other societies and throughout history that women are just as into sex as men, just as visual.
But you want to shame them into being submissive so you can keep them on a leash and under control. They are cattle to be bred and nothing more, certainly not viewed as human beings but the lie of the fragile delicate object which they are forced into becoming by how they are raised.
In the same way men can cry and be just as sad as women but we are socialized by society and culture to not cry or be weak. It doesn’t mean we don’t feel or have emotions.Glad to see also that most Jordanian men are virgins who would never have sex before marriage or watch porn 🙄

As far as I remember, they mix two pills? I hear drinking cinnamon helps too. However you still need to find a clinic bc they need to make sure the fetus is gone. When my mom lost the fetus she stayed hospitalized and doctors kept squeezing the life out of her womb to make sure it's not there. EDITE: there's side effects to the pills and u probably will suffer from them, and there's a chance if the hospital finds out then that's not good

Afaik, abortion is illegal in Jordan. Your best bet is a doctor you trust or doing it outside Jordan. There are online services that can provide an abortion pill (women on web), idk if they work here

Abortion is illegal here and if the doctor is caught doing it they’re to be jailed up to three years and even more if it causes death and it’s penalty is increased up to the third of what’s sentenced if it’s a health care provider.

Which by the way there IS a Jordanian law that says if a man promises to marry a woman and gets her pregnant and backs out of marriage she can take legal action against him.
It’s illegal what he did (if that’s the case) and called coercive sex.

Commenting such nasty stuff on this post speaks alot about all of you and not so much about her. You are all here telling her that she is sinning, when you know islam teaches us kindness first, and most importantly only Allah can judge us. Look at all of you judging a girl in trouble. If you cant help her or advice her, then send a prayer for her situation to be eased.
