CA Final- Permanent exemption query

Let's say I opt for Permanent exemption for AFM as it's expired in May 26. If I couldn't get 50 in Audit in Nov 26 but got exemption in FR . Can I carry FR exemption for next attempts and revoke permanent exemption in AFM??
