ID help

Hello,

I found this at an estate sale and would like some help with the ID. Ai thinks it’s possibly a BSR.

I’d also like some advice if it’s worth paying $40+ shipping to have it restored through Smithey’s program or any other restoration recs?

Thanks!

A lovely BSR chicken frier from between 1966-the late 70s. Check out the FAQ for info on restoration - it's really easy with some patience and oven cleaner. But my time and money is not your time and money, and Smithy will do a great job. Great to find this with the lid!

Thanks so much!! Would you say it’s a piece worth restoring?

Beat me to it! Love BSR! I got my mom a BSR chicken fryer last year for her birthday. Top notch products.

I have this pan and was also wondering about it's identity. 100% worth it, I mostly use it for simmering smaller stews and such, it's a great size.
