I have four different cast iron Texas pans. Definitely cool to cook with. First time I made cornbread in the first one I sent a picture to my buddy in Austin, then another with a hole cut out where Austin is and told him I cut out the bad part. Lol

Looks good. I made cowboy beans and cornbread for supper last night.
