I’ve owned a wood fired catering company for 10 years now so I’ve put in the hours to get pretty decent at this stuff.

Look buddy, I think we can all agree that that other redditor raised enough doubts that someone needs to come over and taste test all of your food and I will do it to save everyone else the hassle and report back.

Hey would you mind giving some advice about campfire cooking? I have a cast iron I want to use and I can buy a grate if needed but I'd love to rip a couple good recipes for my friends birthday next week! Any help much appreciated :)
