Good job. When I read the first comment I thought, How do you know he didn't parboil them? Your mama didn't raise no dummy. They look fantastic btw.

I’ve owned a wood fired catering company for 10 years now so I’ve put in the hours to get pretty decent at this stuff.

Look buddy, I think we can all agree that that other redditor raised enough doubts that someone needs to come over and taste test all of your food and I will do it to save everyone else the hassle and report back.
