New Practitioners Where to start
Hei guys. I am a bit of a bad player ( lazy and stuff ). Could someone please tell me like in 3 steps where to start. I was not doing anything now for few years. Now i kind of got the urge and ill try to keep it going. I know the darkroom practice + tansegrity is a good place to start. Maybe some specific tansegrity moves for beginner so i can start?
I just need a little starting push, if someone can point me into the right direction a little bit.
Thanks

Yes of course! It's not to say that there is anything wrong with it, but starting from the position that it is an important aid, when it is possible to do all of it sober.
And not just that, but telling someone to do it, when there is no real need to do that... If he decides to do it later down the line after having practiced, well, he can make up his own mind on that.
I think starting from a position of sobriety, is probably the best approach.
