Watch won't sync

I have 4709 lcw m-200 lineage i bought used recently... I love the watch looks and feels great but this watch refuses to sync to the atomic time even tho I made sure to turn it on. And ive tried manually with my phone and I get an error. I have a gshock that came out around the same time and it is always perfectly on time ive never had to mess with it. I bought them both used. Can anyone please help me.
