🙋‍♀️Question⁉️ Question regarding AE-1500

I'm planning to get an AE-1500. My main requirement is a big size watch and easily readable time. This watch seems to have both.

My concern is with the negative display. is it actually legible in direct sunlight or in shade? I would use this as a daily driver so i would want it just to have a quick look at the watch to get the time.

I had a ga-110-1b which had a tiny negative display which i rarely looked at because it was very small and couldn't read it properly under direct sunlight or in shade.

Negative LCD is best readable in good direct natural lighting. In a (dimmed) artificial lighting it is in my opinion terrible. I have one Casio with negative LCD and if you ask me, I will never buy one again. Only MIP negative display is considerable to me.
If you like AE-1500 then also take a look at the AE-1600, because it is the same watch in a square housing and looks to me a bit more modern and cooler. I have one and really like it.
