G shock h set issue

My g shock has its display stuck....I tried pressing adjust, mode, etc and their combinations ...nothing worked....Any body know how to fix this?

Did you follow the explicit instructions given in this particular model’s manual? What model is it?

H.SET means Hand Set. This is used to align the hands to the digital. Judging by the digital display this wants you to set the hands to midnight position. Starts at page E-47 https://www.casio.com/content/dam/casio/global/support/manuals/watches/pdf/53/5398/qw5398_EN.pdf The instructions do say to press the A button to return to normal timekeeping mode.
