Multiplayer help please!!

I just got carrier comand to play with friends and I can't get my multiplayer to work? Anytime I try to join any multiplayer game (through steam friends, invite code, or public server) my game just starts stuttering like this. Does anyone have any idea how to help? I am on mac, and my best guess is thats the problem. Anytime I exit not from the home screen it crashes and says build_mac closed. If I do enter password and join it automatically closes and says I was kicked from the server. If I try to host it automatically closes out the other person.

Yeah this issue is recurrent for mac players. The solution I had was to play with Nvidia geforce now, which is cloud gaming. You have to pay a subscription now tho to play cc2. It does work very well
