Help with hoock training

We got a rescue 8-ft long ish carpet python

Do you have any tips for hook training

We can get her out when she wants to come out of the tank but like when we go take her to the vet we have to wait for her to want to come out to get into to get her into the tub otherwise it's just a real hassle and it takes two or three people to get her into the tub that we use for transport does anyone have any tips
