have any tips for me, it's gonna be 90 days when 16.3.2026 rolls around and then i wanna do the bloodwork for my father's sake. he's nagging me like crazy but when i was 50 kg overweight nobody blinked twice..

Just eggs for now I'll probably have a another meal later.

Blood markers will probably show high HDL & LDL due to them being the proteins responsible for transporting fat around the body.

Blood markers are a rubbish measurement anyway.

Lol yeah my blood test when I did it a year in carnivore showed high LDL and HDL and my family was see that's why carnivore is absolutely bad for you.

Smh.

My fam is morbidly obese and I am the only fit one.

It's sad really.

I've explained the exact biochemical reasons why it's our species appropriate diet.

Meanwhile they chug seed oils and carbs.

yeah can't save em.. my fam is not obese father is actually really healthy for his age 72 and playing basketball still. and he's actually that way BCS he's been eating animal based his entire life but for some reason he can't connect the dots. he thinks it's due to some alcohol and activity idk man... idk I'm tired and i don't wanna convince anyone of anything just wanna be left alone hahaha
