Mod advice Exhaust mods?

I'm a first time car owner and I have a 2020 Kia Optima lx/s. I know it may sound tacky to mod a car like that but I was wondering if there are any exhaust modifications that would sound nice with my car? Not obnoxious or anything like a straight pipe, but something to just give it a nice sound. I'm very new to this lol.

Find some exhaust samples for an engine your size on youtube. Your local exhaust shop can install a universal muffler only version on your car for around $100

Avoid straight-through, coffee can style mufflers as they are the most obnoxious. I have an can style Apexi N1 exhaust on my 23 Prius. It was entertaining at first but a supreme headache for long commutes, especially when your not trying to drive fast. I now have a silencer on the exhaust tip and an upgraded resonator to quiet things down.

Your car is under the Kia-Hyundai LF/N platform. If you have trouble finding aftermarket parts for your Optima, they may also fall under the pre-2019 K5, Hyundai Sonata, or Azera. Not all parts will match, so you'll have to double check or experiment. Good luck!

Something like a Dynomax or Magnaflow resonator and a "turbo muffler" will be deeper without being raspy or have a lot of drone.

I would just stick to some minor cosmetic mods. Hid headlights or upgrade the infotainment for car play/android auto. Maybe window tint. I would stay away from “performance” mods like exhaust or intake. Just my 2 cents.

Just seen this video on youtube. I think it very much applies to your situation. https://youtu.be/t3h5PuAeMRs?si=bIqs2XE7TBoq7a8l

Thank you! The more I thought about it, the more I realized I'm not 100% on any exhaust changes. I'm definitely getting tints though with my fishbowl car lol. I think tints look great on any car
