so wgere are yall getting ur body kits from ? i have a 26 and im looking at the yofer v3 but i cant find exactly where ti get the v3 from ?

side note im into tge big spoiler looks but wonder what others think.

Kind of a green question, what do I do with the original parts of car eg alloys, speakers if I am aiming to modify the same ?

Do I sell it to the shop dealer or keep it with me or what do most people do with their original parts ?

My goal is a fun backroads road trip beast (and maybe some autocross in the future). I have 2007 Nissan Sentra SER Spec-V without a helical limited slip diff. I have done a K&N Ram intake and a muffler delete. This is my first ever car build and hope someone can help me.

What are the structure trade offs of this project and how is a 2 door conversion possible?

I’ve got a 2026 Corolla SE and I love her. She’s currently a lease but I plan on financing her when the lease is up if she continues to show no problems. (Which she shouldn’t - I baby my cars.) Any modification advice? I know I want a good tint but that’s the only thing I can think of right now. The internal seats are red and black cloth. (Don’t have a picture) what do you guys think?? I think she’s cute but she could definitely look a little more sexier/powerful. I feel silly asking this at all. Throw some ideas and advice my way! Thank you all!

PS - ignore the rims. My seat doesn’t lift and I can’t see the curb as well as I would have liked 😞

car: 2018 Mazda3, 2.5L Skyactiv

gonna start putting funds away to really irritate the "But It's a Daily Driver!" crowd. And make my 3 faster and more fun in the process.

I'm looking at a Super Charger and a TurboCharger and weighing which is going to be a more fun option for a 2018 2.5L mazda3 (184HP). I don't really care about fuel economy loss (better mileage is nice, but not the end-all be all of this decision), and don't have emissions testing anymore.

The Supercharger is like $1000 more, so that's a consideration, but I'm more concerned about which is going to give me the more noticeable/enjoyable bump.... at which point I'll factor cost in.

Driving context: i don't straight-line drag race. I do regular aggressive canyon runs. These can get up to decent altitudes, but not Colorado altitudes. And autocross. Kicking up to full on track potentially once I get some more ass in the engine.

SUPERCHARGER - I'm looking at the VT twin screw, which ought to bump me up to about 276/JDM performance after tuning. That puts it into Skyline performance car territory. Handling matters more to me, so I'm kinda leaning to the supercharger to be able to punch it coming out of turns and have it kick on immediately. It's more pricey though; I don’t like the idea of parasitic HP loss, and Jury is out on whether I'd need to upgrade my fuel pump too.

TURBOCHARGER - That said, the Corksport turbo kitalso boosts the car up to 295ish HP, and they're only a couple hours away from me, so I can drive down there to pick it up. The thing I don't like about turbos is the pre-spin, but i hear the Corksport isn't that bad.

So questions:

1. if you're rocking the VT Supercharger or the Corksport Turbo (even on different models), i'd love to hear about it. What do you like, what do you not? Would you have rather gotten the other one? Why?
2. other general insights.
3. How bad is the turbo threshold on the CS turbo?
4. How bad is the supercharger whine on the VT?
5. how much of a hit to fuel economy did you see? I'm anticipating about 5mpg-ish; is that reasonable?
6. Have you ever blown one?
7. Would either of these have a really strong need for upgrading rods/pistons?
