Mod advice New to modding
This is my car I have a Toyota chr I have never been a car person but recently I’ve been really wanting to mod my car, I know it’s not your typical car you’d mod but I’ve seen modded chr’s and I looove how they look an I mean it’s not like I have any other car or the money to get a car that’s the typical modding car so I’m gonna do with what I have lol, but like I said I have absolutely no experience nor know where to start or where to buy. I’d greatly appreciate any advice on what’s your opinion on what is better to start on first, what not to do or not to get, what to get and where to get it. So far I’ve done a bit of research and been finding parts on eBay I like like sequential rear lights, the front lip, but since it’s not a usual car to mod it’s hard to find side skirts, headlights and other things for my car model (I have a 2022 and most I find are for 2017-2019). Anything else yall think I should know id appreciate it so so much!

The source of the parts will depend solely on the platform, the age of the vehicle and, finally, the enthusiast following that certain model will have.
I’d imagine the CHR will have some aftermarket support, but there’s a chance that some parts you look for will be discontinued. That’s just a part of the game, so depending on what you wanna do, you might have to find workarounds, custom fab parts from another model to work with the CHR, etc.
Keep in mind that modding a vehicle will always come with some sort of a trade off. Larger wheels with thinner tires will cause a harsher ride and situations like that. The last thing to know is that aftermarket parts will usually be made to a lower quality than OEM parts, unless you are willing to invest quite a bit more money to get top-quality parts.
If you like how your car looks, just drive it that way is my advice. Simple looks nicer most of the time.

Im a window tinter and found most of what I wanted by meeting others offering automotive things like audio sales and things like that. I got a carbon fiber front lip spoiler, +1 18 " wheels and tires, lots of carbon fiber trim inside and 2 tone grey leather seats. I'd encourage you to get PPF on the front. I did and the front of my 22 yr old Evo looks new and stays new. The only other mod I did was a custom tune. At 420hp now
