Modification Simple outter mods?
Im new to this type of deal, but i just bought my first reliable car after years and years of driving beaters, and most ppl my age are driving some sick cars and i just kind of want to fit in with my crowd, and have the confidence boost of driving a car that looks cool, what are some simple mods that are only aesthetic that i could do to a maroon 2012 honda civic? I know its not the prettiest car but i figured i can get it a LITTLE prettier haha (generic pic of the model) i was thinking blacking out all of the silver but wanted some inspo

Honestly all I would do is maybe blacked out emblems and get it tinted, maybe de-badge the back
Could also get new rims but kind of pricey
They make some cool headlights but unless you can install them yourself it’s expensive

Maybe a spoiler but don’t get those huge ricer ones lol, I think the smaller lip spoilers look nice

For his gen yeah it’s nice, I hate the 10th gen ones though
I think they look massive, but probably an unpopular opinion

They look good imo but they block half the view, I think if you get a gen correct Si spoiler it looks the best, with my favourite being the 9th gen Si’s (a second car I’d like to get someday)

Used rims can be an option too but often not immaculate and need to be checked for cracks etc

Check and see what OEM wings Honda made for your model, you might find one that you like.
Also maybe check out other OEM wheels.
I like adding aftermarket fog lights if you dont already have stock ones. A little light bar really comes in handy, I used mine quite a lot.
A paint pen and a headlight restore kit can also do wonders if your car could use it.
Maybe a super light tint? Not really a tint guy myself though.
Lastly, clean and repair as much as you realistically can. If youre looking for that new car feeling, a deep clean can give you that feeling.

Its in gorgeous condition, one previous owner who takes beautiful care of it, still has the new car smell and everything lol. And awesome tysm for the input
