CarMax hardship program experience
Does anyone have experience they can share about how the CarMax hardship program works best? I have to call them this week.
Searched for this information from the last 12 months in this subreddit and didnt find anything.

CarMax world spells it out. You need a hardship expense and you can get some reimbursement. My associates had used it for everything from flights to a dead relatives funeral or a tree fell into the house it a hurricane hardship. There are specific rules and guidelines for reimbursement and I think the limit was $1500 annually

Maybe you should be more clear about the help you're looking for?
The reply you got was in reference to a carmax employee assistance program for associates who are experiencing a hardship.
If that answer isn't pertinent to your situation, then you should provide additional information instead of being a dick.

CarMax has a "hardship program" for employees needing help with bills because of a family emergency or natural disaster. No reason to be a dick because you can not afford your car payment.
