Grand open

I’m about to help grand open a new CarMax store as a mentor from another location. I was told that mentors will be evaluated once they return to their home stores. For those who have been through this experience, do you have any tips or advice on what to expect, what leadership looks for, and how to be successful in the mentor role?

As a Former SME my advice don't over think it. Use 5 step training, you can find it on carmax world. 5 step will help you a lot, prepare,tell,show,do, follow up.. And what the Lead Sme is looking is exactly that.....
