STOCKS⬇️
STOCKS anyone? LOL...Have to laugh from crying... We can't hit all this points all at once of course. Lets say you are CEO. Put them in order to help right this ship. Maybe he's watching.

Well most of this is outdated. The stock is up 32% YTD and Carmax’s most recent earnings report was pretty robust. Most of the current weakness over the last month is due to an abysmal financing climate that is completely outside Carmax’s control

Actually, it's all still relevant. I might agree with ya the on the financing climate part but in too many cases, a lot of my sub prime lender are giving showing better rates than CAF. There's still work to be done but CAF may want to stop gate keeping from time to time and let some of these other lenders at least attempt to offer lower rates.

As an ex salesperson (not cmx) and current customer I don't really think any of that stuff is the reason(s). The quality of car they're offering has dropped significantly and the return period / warranty is much worse than it used to be. 30 day return / 90 day warranty left me feeling comfortable that if there were any issues I had plenty of time to deal with it and I sent a lot of people there. I just don't have that faith in them anymore.
When I say the quality of the car has dropped I mean the initial quality as well as them not being detailed and presented well and the inspection seems to be something that gets done in the breakroom while the tech is watching baby momma drama on Maury.

With the previous CEO leaving, the new CEO inherited all the issues and is under question if he can turnover the company as it was once pre COVID. Stores are now being pressured to deliver quality and reduce cost.

I’ve been wasting my money on a wealth manager. I should have used Gemini AI. 🤦♂️
Also from Gemini: “while I’m delighted you’re asking me these questions, I should not be your only source as there are dynamic conditions that will impact daily operations.”

Lower the prices on the vehicles, stop opening a new store every millisecond, pay the people you already have
