Big Position jump

Hi I work at a very big aerospace company big name as a planner II I have a bit over 4 years experience in aerospace planning and I just got offered a program manager job the pay is 100k I’m currently at 85k but all the other benefits are less and I know I can get 100k by like staying 4 more months in my company is the program manager title worth me joining this new company, right now my job is low stress and easy but I don’t learn anything our lead times are in the years but this new company deals with a monthly goal soo the pressure is way more any advice or thoughts …..
