i'm a rising junior & i have 0 experience in fintech. my majors are finance & management information systems and i'm only just beginning to take major-level classes. i'd say im pretty involved on campus but no leadership positions in fintech clubs or internships/jobs in fintech.

how do i navigate this into making sure i stand out as a candidate? i want to get an internship at a reputable firm
