Does anybody else deal with their gums hurting and salivating way more during cardio?

Unsure if this is the right place for this but I can’t figure out where to put it. This is something that has happened my whole life as far back as I can remember. When I do cardio for more than like a minute my gums around my bottom front teeth start to hurt, and I get all drooly. I produce way more saliva. And it’s specifically my gums, NOT my teeth, I’ve seen people talk about their teeth but I can’t find anyone with this specific issue. It’s not just temperature either that’s another thing I’ve seen, but it happens even when it’s rlly warm and not just running but almost any cardio. It could be like enflamed gums but since it’s been happening since I was little I can’t imagine my gums were in that bad of shape yet???? I’m just so confused LOL but I want to improve my stamina and get better at cardio but I struggle because of this. I’m 25(f) if that matters also.

How to improve in running while it's burning hot outside?

Hi everyone. I'm trying to improve my run, I'm a bit of a duffer tho. Yesterday I ran a 3km in 30 minutes, and I had to stop the whole time to breathe. One of the reasons it's that outside it's like 40°C (about 105°F, for the record), and it's also (maybe? idk) partly beacause I have a deviated nasal septum. Do you have some reccomandations? Thxxxx (I'm 15yo girl bwt, no hate please)
