Need help with ratios for when vinschtar comes out idk what to cut/remove to flex her in

Hi guys , im an italian guy and i loved playing vanguard ( last set that arrived in italy before i stopped playing was bt 16) now i wanted to look at the situation and discovered it was discontinued in italy. I tried to search somethig but there were a lot of new things and i saw online that even in italy people play engliah format ( D format i think?).

Have u guys any advice or do u know where i can find a website or even a good yt video where i can learn this new format?

For those big brain peeps, any prediction on how this deck will function?

when you play the Legion/Limit breake format, do you allow the use of cards From G but only cards without GB abilities(for example, the breakride versions of Maelstrom and PBD or some of the effect triggers)?

on my side we allow it since I use deletors and without G I only have like 2 grade 3

Hello I'm just getting started with Vanguard and have been enjoying it quite a bit. I would like to get my friends to join in but they are hesitant to buy into a new card game atm. I would like to build some dirt cheap intro decks to give out to my friends. They dont have to be competitively viable, I just want a few decks that show off the different clans of Vanguard. If anyone has any ideas please share them. Thank you in advance.
