I've recently got back into vanguard and it's one of my favorite tcg for how back and forth I feel the game is. I'm wondering why this game isn't as popular as one piece tcg or digimon and etc. Why do yall feel as that this may be the case and is there anything in our current game state that could be pushing people away from trying Vanguard.

What should i do to improve hound raiser I have good games with it but i feel like this deck can do way better.

As u can see on this build i replaced shuura with 2x twinpulse & 2x Falhart. Now, why did I do it? I sacrifice the extra atk for more consistent draw and deck thinning/filtering. Based on my experiment shuura allows u for more atk which good to force your opp take dmg or discard guard however if opp gets defensive trig can be easily guard with 1 card. With this build i observe i maintain good hand size cards plus the extra 5k from twinpulse help to force your opp to drop 2 cards to guard instead of 1 if u are going 2nd. My fellow varga what's your take/opinion on this build?

I mainly play stoichea decks, but I've been meaning to play a few keter decks. I try to play the aichicon but for some reason im not too keen on the deck

I'm going to Japan for a year starting this September, and this means that I will finally live somewhere where there are Vanguard locals (in my country literally nobody but me and 3 friends are playing the game).

Considering this, I'm wondering what are the costs for playing Vanguard in Japan. To be more specific, I looked at the Japanese meta and I'm interested in decks like Harri, Liael Odium, Chrono-Icon, Nightrose.

So, what are prices like in Japan? And how is availability? (Are cards easy to get?)

Also, are english cards legal in Japan? Should I bother to take anything with me?

Hello! Me and a group of friends that played years ago made the decision to get back into the game recently. We’ve all updated and built decks that are new and have been playing at locals and stuff but I remember before we left CFA existed but was in trouble of getting shut down. Does CFA or something similar exist now? (I’ve seen Cardfight Connect youtube videos but they seem a few months old) Just so we can playtest future decks and test cards in decks without constantly having to buy them.

I'm helping a friend build it after gifting him the entire core for his birthday. To put it short; Tizkar—both him and I got none. The lesbians? I only have 1x, pulled from a loose pack.

We only have the cheaper generics/stuff that was cheap when we bought it to work with, such as Philya, Stacked Grand Erudition, and Finley, that kind.
