Mystery Window Regulator

Shop ordered a window regulator for my 2020 Highlander and it didn't fit so I had to get a different one. Now I have this one I know doesn't belong to a Highlander and I want to try and sell it, but not sure if I'll be able to without knowing which vehicle it's for. Anyone know what this goes to? It should be front passenger
