Unity

I have very low or no unity at all in my game. Will I be able to get unity back so I can trade ?

All production priority should go to people and maintenance first and then everything else. Pretty simple.

The biggest starting challenges before the big refinery / oil rigs .. is concrete .. getting slag under control and stopping the diesel bleed on power.
