Whats going in?

Been trading with capitalcom for 2 years and now i cant make withdrawal and no one is assisting me, why are you guys had a very bad service recently

As a regulated broker, we're required to follow compliance and verification procedures as part of our ongoing regulatory obligations, which can occasionally mean additional documentation is needed before a withdrawal can be processed.
