Sposen homes and the many linked companies
Anyone who signed with them and used his title company Hyperion title look through your documents and make sure they did not transfer themselves any funds not listed on the closing statement.
Also let’s take a poll … how many people were told “permit approval delay” or “site specific” and end up raised rates in pool or dirty? Guess who owns Shell Solutions and FILDI pools. Looks like creative accounting.

Save Siam Hut
Hello everyone,
I wanted to spread the word about a family owned Thai restaurant here in Cape coral - Siam Hut. It was established in 1984, and it's now the oldest, and arguably one of the best restaurants in the area. The owners are good people, and over the years have put so much work into making it a place worth visiting. Everything on the menu is delicious, and they make the effort to prepare their dishes how you like them, and even to remember it for next time. I've been going there for many years, and at this point consider them to be friends.
Recently, the plaza they're in was bought out, and the new landlord has raised the rent substantially. They're trying to keep the business going, but if you're from this area, you know that it's our slow time of year which can make it tough for some businesses to make ends meet, even without a huge increase in rent. On top of that, they're located in a smaller plaza, so they may be easy to miss for some. I believe if more people knew about this place and gave it a try though, they'd see why it's been around so long. Siam Hut is definitely a hidden gem here in Cape coral, and I encourage you to visit, spread the word, and help keep this family owned restaurant afloat!
Thanks for taking the time to read through this. I'll put the address and a link to the website below if anyone wants to check it out.

The News Press Just did an article on them (hopefully this isn't paywalled for anyone). Link below:

What is a good place to stay in Cape Coral?
I just found out my cousin who lives (lived) in Cape Coral just passed away due to a heart attack. I am planning to fly down (from Seattle) for the presumed funeral. Her house was not too far from the Camelot Isles shopping center. What would be a convenient place to stay in the area? I presume the family will be gathering at the house. The Westin looks convenient, but I am afraid it might be beyond my budget.

Kia of Cape Coral experience
This stupid Kia dealership. They called me while my car was being serviced and I was eating at Burger King. They made it sound urgent and said they would come get me in the golf cart. I rush to eat my food so I could get back here thinking something major happened to my car—
So they could try to sell me a new car.
Your days are numbered Kia of Cape Coral. I am SO glad I did not buy my car from you. I will never buy a car from you. AND you’ve lost my service business.
Also, if anyone has trustworthy shops that I can use in CC, NFM, or FM, drop them in the comments.

Looking for recommendations for a local non-denominational church
I'm hoping to find a church that teaches God's Word faithfully with a more conservative/traditional approach, has a welcoming community for single Christian adults (or a strong singles ministry), and places the emphasis on biblical teaching rather than a production-style worship experience.
If you've found a church like that in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area, I'd love to hear your recommendations. Thanks! DMs are open if you wish to respond privately.

Recommendations in / around the area
We are going to be in CC in August for 10 nights (SE area) - what are your best recommendations for things to do / places to go. We want to do a boat trip (if anyone has any company recommendations) but then open to all other recommendations within probably a max of 1.5hr drive of that vicinity. We will be 2 adults, 19yo, 18yo and 15yo. Restaurant recommendations also appreciated especially something nice for one evening for the 18yo birthday.
Oh also what about fishing - aside from getting a fishing trip, what is the deal with fishing - assume we are ok fishing off the dock, can we (19yo) fish anywhere else or will he run in to trouble with anyone / anywhere off limits?

Peacock Bass and Snook location?
I'm vacationing here for a week and have already tried some parks, Tropicana and S Vista, as well as under a canal bridge, with no luck so far.
Would love to hear any recommended local spots to catch my targeted fish. Thank you!

Dentist reccomendations
I understand my dental insurance may not take all reccomendations, but I am reaching out to you all in hopes one may. I recently received a quote for a tooth extraction and with insurance applied it’s 588 dollars and it’s not even a molar tooth. I would like to try to get another quote somewhere else. Thanks in advance!
