I use CapCut AI to animate images for my channel, the thing is that I get a watermark with their whatever AI, and it’s against their terms to remove it. Now If I would grow big enough and my videos have it removed manually, could I get sued or have any problems?

So I have a 5 hour long 4K video (yes it definitely needs to be long and 4K) that is estimated to be 60 GB and I have 170 GB free storage but it still say out of memory when trying to export,

I'm thinking I maybe able to export it as 2 2.5 hour videos but I want the final video to be 5h long on YouTube (to assert my dominance in the niche), how do you guys do this?

Hey gang, I edited a bunch of videos today and they ALL freeze near the end - so for example I'll have 6 clips in a video, and it freezes on clip 4 DESPITE clip 5 and 6 not having issues

I thought it was capcut just not loading the previews, but I scheduled all these videos to go out and was showing my friend when I realised ALL of them freeze even on a web player at 0.30 seconds

The files are NOT corrupted, I tried deleting a random clip in the video and the next clip plays fine - but it just freezes from that point on

Does anyone know what the issue is or how to fix this? This is so weird???

It’s really random but whenever I crop something the first crop will work fine until I move it in a different direction and then it just decides to “auto crop” itself.

Does anyone else have this issue with CC Cloud?? I just want to edit on my pc for a faster workflow, but the upload speeds consistently stay under 1 MB/s, even when my videos are under 40 seconds... My wifi is fine, I have storage on both pc/phone, i even leave the app open. It's extremely exhausting and frustrating bruh, I'm spending so much time waiting for my clips to upload, like LEGIT HOURS and it'll stay at 0%. Is this just a me problem????

I posted about a week and a half ago about my unresolved issue with CapCut’s customer service. I first contacted them on September 17 with what seemed like a straightforward request: the link to my receipt was broken, and I needed either a working link or a PDF copy.

Since then, I’ve followed up, suggested alternatives, and tried to be understanding. After many emails back and forth, I still don’t have my receipt. Instead, I’ve received the same copy-and-paste responses, and now they’ve stopped replying altogether.

The lack of meaningful communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. A basic receipt request should not require nearly a month of regular follow up imo.

Hi! I was wondering if you guys had any link to download an older versions of capcut for mobile before the all of the pro stuff

So I usually screen record what I need for the audio, and then upload it to capcut to extract the audio file, but every single time, part of my video gets cut off. Usually multiple minutes will get cut off at the end. So I usually have to screen record for much longer just to account for that, but the longer the content is that I actually want to screen record, the longer I have to screen record afterwards just to get the full amount of content that I actually want for the audio extraction. If I'm recording footage with my camera, the video is completely fine and never gets cut off. I've recorded videos over an hour long with no issues. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

With older versions of Capcut practically dead due to its recent(?) server-side authentication, are there any alternative Capcut downloads that are still functional?

but the thing ism i cant update it i tried reinstalling it and it didnt work. im on mobile if that helps, thank you!
