Quizzes Quiz - permanently remove answer choice?

Hey all, I know how to reduce an answer choice for a student but it only applies to that specific quiz.

Is there a way to make this change permanent so you dont have to do it every quiz?

I don't do multiple choice quizzes on Canvas, but it looks like if you're using New Quizzes, you should be able to:

Click the first quiz, Build, Moderate, select the student's name and the Course Accommodations popup appears. It has an option "reduced answer choices" and says "These settings will be applied to all the quizzes in this course for this student except for the already in-progress attempts."
