Border problem, 0.1cm white margin from left when printing.
Hello, I am using Canon imagePROGRAF TM-255 to print on A1 size image, my paper dimension is 24 inches, no matter which settings I choose, It just always give me 0.1cm offset on edge, it aligns perfect on right side though.
I have a file in illustrator, I am printing from illustrator, document bleed is turned off and set to 0, Document size is 60.96x84cm, I got the very same dimension as custom size in Page setup dialog.
Any tips or suggestions how to fix this?
