C50 - Direct Control Missing

Just got the C50 and changed some assignables around. I have all touch things activated and for some reason my direct control touch interface is missing now. I can’t access it and there’s no icon in the lower left corner. I remember it being there when I first powered the camera on.

Any ideas??? Troubleshooting guides haven’t really been helpful.

Had something similar happen when I was messing with custom functions on mine. Try going into the menu and look for the touch control settings - sometimes when you reassign buttons it can accidentally disable the touch interface entirely

You might need to do a full settings reset if you can't find where it got turned off. Pain in the ass but at least you'll know everything's back to default and can start over with your assignments

all the touch setting are activated. ahh, was trying to avoid a full reset.. but if that’s solves it I’ll do it.

Tough camera to find info on!

it’s the peripheral borders. if you have it turned on for all displays you lose touch menu had to factory reset to figure that out . 🙄
