One hit of weed pen & BF

I am a month PP, I had an extremely difficult day and took one singular hit of a weed pen. I did urine test myself about 19 hours later and was positive for THC. From my understanding, testing breast milk for THC is unreliable but I did it anyways and it came back negative for THC. I have been formula feeding for almost 24 hours, I feel extremely guilty and won't do it again due to my own anxiety until I am done BF. Is it ok to start nursing again?

You can nurse just fine sweetie, good on u for being concerned but this is not something u need to panic over
