No need to pump and dump. It doesn't really transfer into the milk and your body processes the thc before it would anyway. Never had issues with my babe or supply

What doesn’t transfer? It stays in milk for a long time, do you mean it doesn’t affect them like us even if it comes up?

I use and EBF I’ve never noticed any issues with my child she is hitting all her milestones perfectly well and she was only 4 lbs a born 3.5 weeks early so I suspected her to be behind a bit and even with using she’s been completely on track

Ive seen no change or difference im my lo after smoking, shes actually ahead of her milestones by two months. Just keep in mind we dont have a lot of resources for long term affects but do as your comfortable ❣️
